After 10 years with her mother, who had become pregnant with Eileen at 18, she accused her of threatening her sister with a knife. Shortly afterwards, Eileen came to "Maria im Tann", where she felt lonely at first. Slowly, the young girl found people who helped her to find her way, and dancing in the club also helped her to cope with the pressure. When she had to leave the group home at 18, the separation from the environment she had grown fond of hurt, but together with her boyfriend Markus, Eileen learned to stand on her own two feet.

Since neither mother nor father took care of life at home, Dominik and Kevin were forced to take over their parents' work on their own at an early age. As the mother became less and less able to cope- rubbish and old laundry piled up in the flat and the children lived mainly on toast- the situation escalated into an argument between the couple. As a last resort, the mother and the two children turned to the youth welfare office. The distraught half-brothers came to the home believing that they were to blame for their parents' conflict, especially Dominik struggled with anger and disappointment. Now, after three years, the work in the residential group has slowly eased this tension. Self-confidence and trust have taken its place. The two have integrated themselves, both in everyday life at the home and at school, whether cleaning or playing football. Only Dominik misses his biological father and wishes to live with him later.
